OUR CLIENTS

Our client currently has a contract with Xfinity, Direct TV and Spectrum. We want to ensure that our clients are getting the best quality services available which is why training prior to work is MANDATORY for all agents. Training is not paid.


The positions include:

Call Center Agent/ Data Entry Clerk:

Take inbound and outbound calls for potential clients inquiring about our services.

*Must have a tablet, Laptop or PC and a smart phone


Community Resource Advocate:

Field Agents: go door to door passing out marketing material and signing up customers. Field Agents also set up a booths at events and in the community to sign up customers.

*Must have a vehicle for this position

Is this a full time or part time position?

It is totally up to you how often you service. You are in control of your schedule but you must work 15 hours minimum each week.

Do I need to provide the equipment?

Yes. You will need to provide your own equipment. Please check out the financing options available.

I have a profile on Arise, what to do next?

How much is the service revenue?

Each client has different rates. The pay varies between $10-$18.

Do I need to have previous experience?

No. Previous experience is not required. You will be trained for the position.

Can I work for two companies at once?

Yes. You can serve two companies but the certification classes cannot overlap. Complete one class before picking up another opportunity.
